AN INTRODUCTION TO OUR RACING CLUBS:

Our flagship racing club has been Poplar Cottage Racing Club One, started in 2021. It has allowed members to experience racehorse ownership in a fun and affordable way. It really has been a sociable occasion, giving members the chance to enjoy the full owners experience when the club horses are running, as well as the opportunity to enjoy some prize money too.

Blue Beach and Prime Time Lady were the first horses leased to this club, with Marmalade Time and Masked Dance filling their place going into the 2024/25 season.

We opened up a maximum of 20 shares for this syndicate as we wanted it to be a small, fun and friendly group of owners to really enjoy the racing experience with us.

Due to increase in demand, we began Poplar Cottage Racing Club Two at the beginning of the 2023/24 season.

Moorsbrook and Just In A Bit gave ‘Racing Club Two’ a great last season, including a day at the Cheltenham Mares’ Day in April. They are an exciting pair of horses going into the new season, with Moorsbrook set to make her hurdling debut and Just In A Bit to carry on a promising chasing campaign.

• Visits to the yard to watch the horses on the gallops and the schooling ground
